Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) or diabetes is a condition of disturbed metabolism in the body caused by body's inability to produce and distribute hormone insulin, causing instability blood glucose levels. DM patients besides experiencing an increase sugar levels also cholesterol synthesize into energy so that formed from fat synthesis which can cause lipid deposits form cholesterol. Management mellitus consists diet, education, pharmacology physical exercise. One exercise efforts exercise, if done regularly it burn 150 calories per day important lowering plasma through regulatory mechanisms.Method: This study aims determine effect on reducing with type 2 Prolanis Benowo Sukoharjo gymnastics group. research quantitative using quasi-experimental design approachone group pretest-posttest.
